Ingredients
- 1 sliced bacon or 2 slices ham (optional)
- 1 tin 150G garden peas
- 1 pint water
- 1 small onion
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cube veg stock
- Few drops piri piri
- Some grated cheese
Method
1, Lightly fry onions (bacon or ham ) with the olive oil .
2, Liquidise (bacon and or ham), peas, onions, stock cube, water, salt, pepper and piri piri.
3, Later heat and stir. Serve with grated cheese.
