Ingredients
- 1/2 med tins red kidney beans
- 1/2 potato
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 piece smoked ham
- 1 turnip
- 1/2 small cabbage
- Salt and pepper
Method
1, Boil the red kidney beans and chunks of smoked ham. Cover and allow to cook.
2, Chop all the vegetables, add to beans and ham, except for the cabbage. Cook until tender. Remove the ham and liquidise the rest.
3, Add the cabbage and cook at low heat. Sprinkle with olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
