Battered Cod

  • 200g Desalted Cod (soak your salted cod changing water a couple of times)
  • 100grs Gram Flour (Harina garbanzo)
  • 125 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 grated garlic clove
  • Parsley
  • Colouring


1, Cut your cod onto small pieces and mix all ingredients together.

2, Heat your oil and using a spoon drop spoonful of the mixture into your hot oil.

3, Fry both sides until golden brown preferably serve warm.
