(Slow cooker) Serves 2
Ingredients
- Oil spray
- 2 chicken whole legs
- 2 sliced onions
- 1 small tin mushrooms
- 3 sliced garlic cloves
- 1 Tablespoon Bisto gravy ( glass jar)
- 1/2 glass white wine
- 1/4 glass hot water
- Salt and pepper
Method
1, Spray pan with oil and slowly sauté onions, mushrooms and garlic. When this has been cooking for a while make slits in whole legs and add to onions etc. Cook for a couple of minutes each side and pour wine. Let it boil and lastly add water, salt and pepper.
2, Move everything to slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hrs.
I served with salad can also be served with rice, potatoes or vegetables.
