- Two green marrows.
- Four garlics.
- Four eggs
- one chorizo
- Two cups of grated cheese.
- Salt and pepper.
1, Boil marrows and drain excess water out.
2, In a frying pan add a bit of olive oil. Cut chorizo into pieces, slice garlic and fry both together. Lay in an oven dish.
3, Fry marrows for about two minutes and drain out oil, if any.
4, Beat eggs together and add grated cheese, add all other things and mix well. Sprinkle a bit of grated cheese over and bake in oven about 15 mins at 180C until set and golden.
I served with beetroot.
