- 2 pkts Philadelphia Cheese
- 1 Strawberry Jelly
- 1 Nestle Cream or Double Cream
- 200g Digestive Biscuits (crushed)
- 1/2 cup Melted Butter
Make th jelly with 1/2 pint of hot water not 1 as on packet – put aside to cool down completely but not set.
Line and grease baking dish – the ones that you push up from the bottom
Mix 1/2 cup of melted butter and the crushed digestive biscuits together and place on the bottom of the tin. Press down with the back of spoon and place in the fridge to chill.
With an electric mixer, mix the cheese and cream and then add the cold jelly and whisk.
Pour over the set biscuits and place in fridge to set
Make compote for the top of your cake and place frozen fruits of the forest with sugar and a bit of water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and stir, then reduce heat and simmer so the sauce reduces and thickens
before serving just pour the cooled compote ontop and enjoy 😀
