- Pork loin slices (thinly cut)
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup malt vinegar
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 white bread slices
Mash the bread with the garlic, add the oil, vinegar and rest of the ingredients.
Lay the pork on a long dish. Spread the marinade over it and preferably leave overnight.
Fry on both sides and place in a bun or delicious on its own with chips.
