Ingredients
- 2 lbs raw prawns,
- 4ozs butter cut into pieces,
- 4 cloves garlic cut into slices,
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley,
- juice of 1 lemon,
- black pepper
Method
Set oven at 375 deg. Peel prawns and arrange in a single layer on a baking tray.
In the bowl of a food processor add the cold butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley and freshly milled black pepper.
Blend until it forms butter crumbles and then pour this mixture over the prawns. Pop into the oven for about 20 – 30 minutes until prawns are cooked.
Can be enjoyed on its own with hot crusty bread as a starter or the warm prawns can be arranged over a lettuce and tomato salad
