Ingredients
- Salmon
- Cooked Prawns
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Crab Sticks
- Small Potatoes
- Balsamic Vinegar
Method
1. Prepare Salmon as per my previous “Tangy Salmon” Quick recipe
2. While the Salmon is cooking, boil some small potatoes
3. Cook prawns in a pan with olive oil, salt & pepper
4. Cut up a few crab sticks and peel and cut up the potatoes
5. Place the prawns, potatoes and crab sticks on a plate.
6. Place the cooked salmon on top and drizzle some of the balsamic sauce over
