- 750 grs pork cheeks
- olive oil
- 2 glasses white wine
- l meat cube
- 1 onion chopped
- 6 chopped garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
This recipe would require a slow cooker.
Introduce the cheeks into the white wine and leave aside for at least 2 hours.
Slowly fry the onions and the garlic, when golden turbo mix with the wine from the previously soaked cheeks. Salt and pepper to taste.
Seal fry the cheeks in very hot oil. Cut them into squares transfer to a slow cooker, pour over the mixture and add the meat cube. Cook until tender about 2 to 3 hrs.
