Pisto with eggs and grated cheese


  • 1 big aubergine,
  • 1 big green pepper
  • One big potato 
  • 1 big courgette ,
  • 1 big red pepper.
  • One big red tomato
  • 1 carton of fried tomato
  • 1 vegetable cube,
  • Two eggs
  • 1 pkt grated cheese,


1. Cut all vegetables in cubes

2. Fry all vegetables and potatoes in the oil, whilst ready drain out all excess oil and add fried tomatoes and vegetable cube and cook for another few minutes, once this is done put all into a glass oven dish, add grated cheese over .

3. Then break up the egg and add whole as shown in photo, place in the oven and cook until the cheese and egg is done to your liking.
