Ingredients
- One tray of boneless chicken thighs.
- One onion.
- Pkt of fried tomato
- One green pepper.
- 1 chicken stock cube,
- One pkt saffron.
- Three hands full of rice .
- Splash of white wine.
- One tablespoon of olive oil.
Method
1. Cut onions and peppers into small cubes, place in a pan with oil and fry.
2 Cut chicken thighs into cubes and add to peppers and onion and fry, add tomato and saffron cook until chicken is tender and cooked.To that, add water to cover chicken.
3. Once it’s been brought to the boil add three handful of rice and add the White wine, cook until rice is tender or to your liking
