- 250 g Coconut
- 400 G Tin Condensed Milk
- 300 g Dark Chocolate
1. Mix the desiccated coconut and condensed milk, slowly pouring in the milk bit by bit, until you get a thick consistency.
2. Roll your mixture into separate balls and place in the fridge overnight.
3. Melt your chocolate – I used the Bain Marie method.
4. Roll your coconut balls in the chocolate and lay on a dish. (it might help to lightly spread your plate with oil to prevent the base sticking) Place them in the fridge to harden.
You can add nuts to your chocolate before or after rolling for a different taste, or decorate with coconut flakes.
