- 16oz of flour
- 4oz of sugar
- 4oz of butter
- one banana mashed up or cut up
- A teaspoon of vanilla essence
Cream the butter and sugar together and then add the banana.
Sift the flour into the butter and sugar and mix it all together to make a dough, if necessary add milk to the mixture.
Then sprinkle a bit of flour onto a clean worktop and kneed the dough, then you can either cut out little circles or make a big one and cut out triangles like I have done and then just pop them into a preheated oven (210 degrees Celsius) for about 10-12 minutes.
