Tuna Turner

  • 1 Small Onion
  • 160 G Tin of Tuna
  • Parsley
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Grated Cheese
  • 1 Packet Puff Pastry

1. Hard boil an egg in a small pan. Cut onion into small pieces and mix with tuna, along with the hard boiled egg and parsley.

2. Roll puff pastry into a rectangle, brush with a beaten egg and add grated cheese. Lay your tuna mixture on your pastry and roll into a swiss roll shape. Cut into slices of 2 centimetres.

3. Place pastry slices in dish and glaze with the remaining beaten egg. Bake in moderate oven at 175°C until golden brown.
