Summer is here and it’s hotter than ever! Get outside, get that BBQ on and grill everything!
- Soy Sauce
- Sweet Red Pepper
- Lamb’s lettuce
- Salad Leaves
- Red Onion
Slice the aubergine, mushroom, tomates and red pepper and cover in soy sauce, them place them on the bbq to grill.
Share out the salad leaves in a bowl and slice some of the onion and radishes inside, toss everything together.
Once the bbq veg are grilled and you’ve flipped them over a few times, pass them to the salad bowl, dress with some oil or any dressing you desire and serve.
