- 10 mushrooms
- 2 bacon slices optional
- 1 egg
- 1/2 chicken cube (I used gluten free)
- Garlic Salt
- Garlic granules
1, Clean your mushrooms and grill them until nearly done.
2, Finely chop mushroom stems, bacon.
3, Heat 1 teaspoon oil and lightly fry the stems and bacon. Add garlic Salt, garlic granules and chicken cube. Stir in beaten egg and cook for until it thickens a bit.
4, Stuff the mushrooms and return to the grill for a while.
