- 1 Small Piece Cabbage Chopped
- 1 Small Broccoli
- 1 Or 2 Leeks,
- Spring Onion,
- A Handful Of Spinach Leaves,
- 1 Large Chopped Potato
- 1 Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cheese Portion
- 1 Teaspoon Curry
- Salt And Pepper.
1. Boil all the vegetables until tender and blend into a puree,
2. Boil your egg separately whilst your vegetables cook.
3. Stir in the yogurt, spices and cheese and cook for a further 5 mins.
4. Serve with half a boiled egg per plate.
