Rice and meat cakes in onion sauce


  • 1/2 cup boiled rice
  • 200 grs lean minced beef
  • 1  Egg
  • parsley, salt and pepper
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 2 Beef Stock Cubes
  • Corn Flour


1. Mix all ingredients except onions, oxo and corn flour. Fill a small cupcake oven tray with mixture evenly distributed. Into preheated oven of 180 deg for about 10 mins. 2. Fry lightly fry the sliced onions, add the two stock cubes and some water. Cook  the rice and meatballs in the bubbling  sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
