Ingredients
- 1 pkt smoked QUORN
- 1 sliced onion
- Julienne cut
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 courgette
- 1 carrot
- 1 meat cube
- 1 tablespoon full olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Grated cheese
Method
1, Heat oil and gentle fry the vegetables.
2, When veg are tender add the QUORN bits and crumble your cube evenly stir and add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
