- 250g Crunchy peanut butter
- 1 egg large
- 210 grs Sugar
Mix all ingredients together. Form into balls, place on a baking tray previously lined with greaseproof paper and squash the balls with a fork.
Bake in oven 180 degrees for 12 mins.
