Prawns ‘A La Bonavia’

  • Large uncooked prawns, peeled
  • 1 Red Pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 Green Pepper (finely Chopped)
  • 1 Large Spring Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Clove of Garlic (finely chopped)
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • Some Sea Salt for seasoning
  • 4 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • Olive Oil

1. Start by stir frying the red pepper, green pepper, onion, garlic
2. Pour in the Lemon Juice
3. Place the prawns inside and cook by turning them
4. Once prawns are changing colour (going pink), pour in the soy sauce
5. You can serve as a Prawn Soup or with some boiled rice
