Moroccan Spiced BBQ Lamb Leg

Ever cooked a butterflied lamb leg on the BBQ? Try this moroccan spiced, Raz El Hanout marinated lamb leg that’s fragrant as well as delicious. A real treat for your BBQ.

Ingredients

  • 1 KG Deboned Lamb Leg
  • 2 Garlic clove
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh Thyme
  • Raz El Hanout Spices

Method

1, Open up your butterflied deboned lamb leg, crush a garlic and rub over the lamb.

2, In a large bowl pour olive oil, finely dice a garlic and add to the oil, tear some fresh thyme into the bowl, then marinade the lamb entirely.

3, Now Cover the lamb entirely with two or three table spoons of Raz el Hanout and rub this into the meat.

4, Place the meat on a bbq or under a grill for around 10 – 15 minutes, flipping occasionally until cooked and charred. Check the meat and if too rare for you, leave a bit longer. Then slice and enjoy.
