• 225 g Lard
  • 225 g Icing Sugar
  • 340 g Jar Peanut Butter
  • 450 g Plain Flour


1. Preheat oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.

2. Mix and heat the lard with sugar in the microwave to melt, then add the peanut butter and plain flour.

3. Mix together into little balls and flatten the top lightly with your thumb. Place them in the oven and leave to bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
