Ingredients
- 800 G New Potatoes
- 800 G Prawns
- 800 Cod
- 2 tbps Tomate Frito
- 1 Onion
- 1 Lemon
- 3 Bell Peppers
- Olive Oil
Method
1 Boil around 800 grams of new potatoes. I like them skin on but it’s optional.
2 Place approximately 2 tablespoons of tomate frito thinly spread on base of the tagine dish.
3 Combine all ingredients & potatoes in tagine. Place all herbs on top, 1/2 tablespoon each except for paprika which is 1/4.
4 Splash with Olive Oil & juice of 1 small lemon. Season with salt and pepper and place in the oven at 170 degrees for 50 mins
Serve with bread
