- 120g unsweetened coconut milk
- 230g dairy-free dark chocolate
- 115g vegan butter
- 200g powdered sugar
Using the bain-marie method of placing a bowl over a pot of boiling water, heat up the milk. Once hot, add in the chocolate, stirring occasionally to melt it completely.
Once the chocolate has completely melted, remove the bowl from the heat and add the butter, stirring it it into the milk until it melts. Finally, sift in the powdered sugar and whisk it into the mixture until it thickens but remains light and fluffy.
