Ingredients
- 250G Minced Beef
- 1 garlic clove
- sea salt
- black pepper
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp pimenton
- fresh coriander leaves
- sea salt and black pepper buns
- 1 – 2 eggs
Method
1, Mix together the mince meat, pimenton (paprika), salt, pepper, honey and balsamic vinegar. Finely chop the garlic clove and coriander and add these to the meat mixture and stir everything together to mix the ingredients well.
2, Grab a large spoonful of the mixture and turn into balls about the size of your palm.
3, In a hot pan with a splash of oil, place two or three of these meat balls and squish them down to flatten slightly. Leave these for a few minutes per side until they cook to the level you’re happy with. Medium well or well done.
4, Whilst these are frying, fry two eggs, just enough so that they are still runny.
5, When everything is ready, remove the burgers from the pan, slice your burger buns open and place these in the pan soft side down; enough to toast these and soak up the juices from the pan.
6, When that’s ready, pile up your burger. Bun, meat, egg, bun.
Serve with some salad, or homemade chips and you’re ready to go.
