Simple Tortitas

  • 1 small can sweet corn (drained)
  • 1/2 cup chickpea flour
  • Salt pepper and if wished grated onion
  • 4 tablespoon warm water


This recipe makes about 12 tortitas

1. Mix your ingredients together and let it rest for a couple of mins.

2. Heat plenty of oil, drop a spoonful of the mixture and fry until golden brown. Four or five can be fried at a time.

Serve with a lovely green salad.
