Ingredients
- 60 G Penne Pasta
Béchamel
- 300 ml whole Milk
- 100 G Cheese
- plain Flour
- Nutmeg
1.Boil the pasta with a little bit of salt.
2. Meanwhile prepare the cheese sauce.
3. Boil the milk on a medium heat, grate a small amount of nutmeg and once the milk is hot, gently and slowly sift in some flour and whisk the milk so that it thickens. When it begins to thicken add in as much cheese as you would like, depending how cheesy you enjoy your meals. Stir until everything is melted and you end up with a nice thick cheesy sauce.
4. When that is ready place to one side. Once your pasta is soft drain and rinse with water and pour into an oven dish. Pour the cheese sauce over, covering everything.
5. Grate some cheese over everything and place it in the oven or under the grill until cheese is golden.
