Chicken breast with clams, prawns and spinach in a cream and cream cheese sauce, served with boiled rice



  • 6 or 7 big prawns.
  • 1 pkt frozen clams.
  • 2 garlic cloves.
  • 3 cubes of frozen spinach.
  • 1 pkt of cooking cream.
  • 2 large tbsp of cream cheese.
  • 2 handfuls of rice.


1. Boil rice and set aside.

2. In a pan add a bit of olive oil and fry spinach, prawns and clams, with garlic. Once cooked add the cream and cream cheese and set aside.

3. Get the chicken breast and slice open, season with salt and pepper, fry or grill chicken breast. Then once cooked just pour the sauce over the chicken serve with the boiled rice.
