Bread pudding with a Twist

  • 1 packet crustless slice bread
  • 4 eggs
  • I tin caramel condensed milk
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 2 packets custard
  • Grated lemon
  • Cinnamon
  • 4 oz margarine


Preheat oven to 180 degrees

1. Soak bread in water. After ten minutes squeeze water out of nread and put in liquidiser with all other ingredients.

2. Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon. Put in oven until skewer comes out clean.
