Bacon Meat Roll

  • 1/2 lb minced meat
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup hard Edam grated
  • 1/4 cup grated bread
  • Marjoram
  • 2 grated garlic cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 slices smoked bacon


Preheat oven 160 deg

Mix all ingredients except the bacon slices.

Place the bacon slices making a base and sides in an ovenproof dish. Place the mixture in the centre and press down. Cover with foil paper.

Bake for about 45 to 50 mins.

Serve with mashed potatoes and veggies.
