- 2 Cans – 102 g Skinless and Boneless Salmon
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Medium Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 TSP Dried Parsley
- Cheddar Cheese
1. Drain salmon, place in a bowl and make sure no bones or skin remain on your piece of salmon.
2. Add two beaten eggs, onion, garlic, cheddar, salt and pepper. Mix together and form into patties. Dust with flour and fry in hot oil.
3. Alternatively heat your oven to 190°C , lay a few patties on an oven tray and bake until golden brown.
