Ingredients
- 1 packet lentils,
- 1 large onion,
- 4 cloves garlic,
- 1 green or red pepper,
- small piece of chopped pumpkin,
- 1 large potato,
- 1 teaspoon paprika,
- 3 skinned tomatoes
- a tin tomate triturado,
- 1 piece of chorizo
- 1 of morcilla,
- 1 bayleaf
- 1 large carrot
- a little vinegar (optional)
- a little olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Method
Put the lentils in a bowl of water as directed. Lightly fry the onion, pepper and garlic then add the rest of chopped ingredients, bring to the boil and simmer until tender. I always add a little vinegar to the stew (optional)
