- 3 Large Courgettes
- 1 TSP Mixed Herbs
- 3 Large Eggs
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 250G Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 200G Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Packet Bacon
1, Grate the courgettes and drain all the water out in a large bowl.
2, Mix the courgettes with 250G mozzarella and mixed herbs, 3 eggs and diced bacon, salt, pepper and diced garlic.
3, Pour into an oven proof dish and spread the cheddar cheese over. Bake in a preheated oven covered with foil at 160C (fan oven) for 15 minutes, after which time remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese is golden.
