Jam Tarts

  • 8ozs plain flour
  • 5ozs butter
  • 1teaspoon sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 1 beaten egg yolk
  • 1 jar jam


1, Mix butter, beaten egg and add flour, add sugar, salt and add water until it forms a dough.

2, Roll pastry, cut into baking tray slots and add jam, then place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 180C
