Cooking Time: 40 Minutes – 1 hour Serves: 3
- 1 glass anis
- 2 glasses oil. (vegetable or sunflower oil)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar.
- S.R. Flour (just enough to form a dough, not too dry not too sticky)
Mix all the ingredients leaving the flour for last and make a soft dough. Form into the shape required. Place in greased tray and bake them in Oven 180 deg .for 15 minutes or until ready. Have a bowl of castor sugar (and a little cinnamon, optional) or icing sugar if preferred and dip the biscuits in the sugar whilst still hot.

note: just as long as you use the same glass for the oil and anis it is OK. All you do later is add the flour to meet the required consistency.
