Ingredients

  • 600G Chicken Breast
  • 1 Tray of Mushrooms
  • 1 Can Mushroom Soup
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic and Parsley herb mix
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary

Method

1, Dice your chicken breast into small pieces and fry in a hot pan with olive oil.

2, Once the chicken is frying away, slice up some mushrooms and add this to the hot pan. Make sure that everything is cooking away and frying thoroughly, season with the herbs and spices.

3, Once everything is cooked through and you see the mushrooms are softening, add in the cream of mushroom soup and let this reduce.

4, Finish off by pouring this into one large dish or individual small pots and cover with puff pastry, transfer to the oven at 170C for 20 minutes until the pastry is golden and fluffy.
