- 1pkt 250grs Cheese and Spinach Tortellini (previously boiled)
- 1 tin tomatoes 410grs
- 1/2 chopped green pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- salt and pepper
- 100 ml cream
Fry tomatoes, onions, green pepper and garlic in a little oil and make into a nice tomato sauce. Then stir in the cream.
Spread on the bottom of the Pyrex the tortellini cover with the tomato cream sauce and sprinkle the grated cheddar on top.
Into the oven at about 180 degrees until the cheese melts.
