Ingredients
- Mayonnaise
- 1 tin boneless salmon
- 1 pkt tomate frito or passata
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Olives,
- boiled eggs
- red peppers
Method
1, Lightly fry onions. Mix the tomate frito or passata and add salt and pepper.
2, In a bowl mix salmon, breadcrumbs and eggs.
3, Join both together and pour into a greased mould. Bake at 180 deg until set. Let it cool down completely before flipping round. Cover with plenty of Mayonnaise and decorate with boiled eggs, olives and red peppers
