- 1 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup grated bread
- 3 eggs
- Marjoram, salt and pepper
- A bit of food colouring
- Bits of bacon optional
Great to do when you have left over roasts.
1. Fry your onion, add cooked, minced turkey, flour and start adding milk flavoured with pinch of nutmeg, half chicken cube, salt and pepper, a little grated cheese and mix until forming a ball in the centre of the pan. The aim is to make a very thick béchamel sauce.
3. Make croquettes when cold and roll in a whisked egg with garlic and parsley and separately in a plate of and breadrcumbs.
4. Fry your croquettes until golden brown.
